New concept of dish wash machine is use Ultra Violet (UV) and high-pressure air. Electrolux Wind Washer Dishwasher comprises three step to clean up the dish; plate. 1st, stream of high-pressure air to blow away the leftover foods on the dishes. Steams is used in 2nd step to degrease them and the last step is use UV to sterilize and ensure the dish is clean.
For me, the limit of 2 dishes quantity that can be wash in a time can be fix or use for a small family or group of people. This is just the beginning of UV application in the dish arena. Maybe, in the future another manufacturer will provide more space and capability to wash the dish in a large capacity so that the industry of food such as restaurant and hotel also can apply to help for better eco-sense.
This is because the dish wash using UV is used less water in the appliance. However, the power consumption is not so reliable.
